1. Promotion Overview
The BFT Unlocked promotion offers eligible new members the opportunity to receive up to $220 in
membership savings at participating BFT studios. Actual savings amounts vary by studio.
2. Participating Studios
This promotion is available only at participating BFT studios. Participation, pricing, and promotional
savings may vary between studios, each of which is independently owned and operated.
3. Eligibility
• The promotion is available to new members only.
• Existing, former, or returning members are not eligible.
• A maximum of one promotional offer per person applies.
• The offer is non‑transferable and cannot be assigned, gifted, or redeemed by any other
individual.
4. Membership Conditions
If the offer is redeemed:
• Standard membership terms and conditions apply, including billing cycles, minimum
commitment periods (if applicable), cancellation policies, and studio‑specific membership
rules.
• Savings apply only to the membership type(s) specified by the participating studio.
• Studios may exclude certain membership products at their discretion.
5. No Combination With Other Offers
This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotion, including
referral incentives, corporate rates, or studio‑specific offers.
6. Lead Allocation & Studio Responsibility
• Leads generated through the Unlocked Week campaign will be directed to the studio selected
by the individual from the list provided.
• The franchisor is not responsible for studio response times, follow‑up, onboarding processes,
or membership fulfilment.
• All memberships are entered into directly with the selected studio. The franchisor is not a
party to any membership agreement.
7. Availability & Capacity Limits
Offer availability is subject to studio capacity, onboarding limits, and class availability. Participation is
not guaranteed.
8. Privacy & Data Handling
By submitting your details, you consent to the franchisor collecting your information and sharing it with
the selected studio for the purpose of contacting you regarding membership options and processing
your enquiry. Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the
franchisor’s privacy policy.
9. No Representation or Warranty
The franchisor makes no representation or warranty regarding:
• studio operations
• class availability
• membership outcomes
• the performance or conduct of any participating studio
Each studio is responsible for its own service delivery.
10. Campaign Period
The promotion is valid only during the official Unlocked Week campaign period/ from 24 August 2026
– 6th September 2026. Redemptions outside this period will/may not be accepted.
11. No Cash Value
The offer has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or any other benefit.
12. Franchisor Rights
The franchisor reserves the right to amend, extend, or withdraw the promotion at any time, including
modifying participating studios, promotional amounts, or campaign conditions.
13. Misuse & Non‑Compliance
Studios may refuse the offer where eligibility criteria are not met or where misuse, misrepresentation,
or fraudulent activity is suspected.
Privacy & Consent:
By submitting your details, you acknowledge and agree that your personal information will be collected
by the franchisor for the purpose of administering the Unlocked Week campaign and allocating your
enquiry to your selected BFT studio. You consent to the franchisor sharing your personal information
with the selected studio, which is independently owned and operated, so that the studio can contact
you regarding membership options, promotions, and onboarding.
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the
franchisor’s privacy policy.
Studios may have their own privacy practices and policies, and you should review these directly with
the studio if required.
